Craftsmanship at Heart,
Responsibility in Sight

With dedication,
structure and a
touch of adventure

Andreas “Andy” Ohr knows exactly what matters in project management: staying calm, acting with structure and keeping an overview – even when many threads come together at once. For five years, he has been part of #TEAMRK, turning ideas into real spaces. As Senior Project Manager and Key Account Manager, he oversees client projects in the fitness and retail sectors. His focus lies on coordinating the joinery trade and ensuring that every process runs seamlessly.

Work, enjoy, unwind

At 50 years young, Andy is someone who loves to get things done – both on the job and in his personal life. When he’s not managing a project or coordinating appointments, you’ll likely find him in the kitchen. “Cooking relaxes me, and a good glass of wine is simply part of it,” he says with a smile.

His camper also plays a big role in his free time. Andy builds, tinkers, and fine-tunes it until everything is just the way he wants it – practical, cozy, and crafted with attention to detail. Whenever time allows, he hits the road: out into nature, to the coast, or anywhere great music is playing. “I like when things are happening around me, but I also need moments to switch off,” he says. “Cooking, traveling, the camper, concerts – it’s all part of who I am.”

Andy’s professional journey began with an apprenticeship in joinery. Even back then, he was fascinated by how wood, measurements, and ideas come together to create something lasting. After earning his master craftsman’s diploma and a degree in furniture and interior design, he transitioned from the workshop to project organization and found his professional home in shopfitting.

“I still know many processes from my time in the workshop and I understand what’s important during implementation. That insight helps me make better decisions,” he explains.

Today, Andy combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs. He manages interior construction projects from concept to completion – with the goal of delivering solutions that truly fit each client. “What matters to me is that our clients feel heard and receive exactly what they need.”

TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AND BUILDING TRUST

Variety, responsibility and fulfillment best describe Andy’s everyday work. As Project Manager, he keeps a close eye on schedules, budgets and quality, while coordinating closely with clients and colleagues. No two days are the same and that’s exactly what he loves. “There’s no routine here. Every project brings new topics, new people, and sometimes new challenges.”

In addition to project management, communication with clients is a top priority for him. Honesty, he says, is the foundation of every successful collaboration. “Clear words build trust and that’s the only way things truly work in the end.”

Success through structure, attitude and connection

One of Andy’s personal highlights was developing the new design concept for clever fit at Munich’s Olympic Park – a project that perfectly combined design, organization, teamwork, and passion. Challenges such as tight schedules or last-minute changes are simply part of the job. “Keeping an overview is the hardest part – but that’s exactly what excites me.”

He particularly enjoys being on site and collaborating with teams in Vienna, Munich, or Zurich. These encounters inspire him just as much as the small moments along the way – a walk through the city or a shared dinner after a productive day.

But for Andy, the best moment always comes at the end: when everything is finished, the client is happy, and everyone raises a glass to the result. His advice for young professionals sums it up perfectly: “Show ambition, take responsibility, and grow with every task.”

Where structure meets heart

What impresses Andy most about REINHOLD KELLER is the balance between clear processes and genuine team spirit. “Here, we work with structure, but always with heart. Everyone knows their role, yet there’s still room for exchange and collaboration.”

For him, that’s what makes the company truly strong. “You can tell that the people here are proud of their work and that they genuinely want to make a difference together.”
