Data protection in applications and in the application process

We collect and process personal data of applicants for the purpose of processing an application process. The processing can also be done electronically. This is the case in particular when an applicant submits the relevant application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by e-mail or via a web form available on the website. As soon as we conclude a contract of employment with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of the employment relationship in compliance with the legal requirements. If no employment contract is concluded with the candidate by the controller, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision, unless deletion precludes other legitimate interests of the controller. Outsourced data processing

We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

Demographic data collection by Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics’ demographic features. This allows reports to be generated containing statements about the age, gender, and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google and third-party visitor data. This collected data cannot be attributed to any specific individual person. Google-Signals

We use Google signals. When you visit our website, Google Analytics collects, among other things, your location, search history and YouTube history, as well as demographic data (visitor data). Newsletter

Our website uses a counting pixel technology provided by wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) to analyze visitor behavior. TikTok

We use the TikTok Pixel on our website. The TikTok Pixel is a TikTok advertiser tool provided by the following two entities:

To the extent you have provided consent, we process your personal data (e.g., name, phone number, email address, messenger ID, profile picture, messages) to communicate regarding the preparation and execution of potential orders, as well as to send promotional information (e.g., offers, newsletters) using the instant messaging service “WhatsApp” provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

To use this service, an existing messaging account is required.

Please note that WhatsApp Ireland Limited may share personal data (particularly communication metadata) with WhatsApp Inc., which may be processed on servers located in countries outside the EU (e.g., the USA) where data protection levels may not be adequate.
