at REINHOLD KELLER

After 45 years, CEO Manfred Bauer will hand over the management of the family-owend company to new hands.

CHRISTOPHER BAUER AND DR. HENNING WAGNER WILL TAKE OVER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE INTERNATIONALLY OPERATING KLEINHEUBACH-BASED COMPANY.

Manfred Bauer will transfer the management of REINHOLD KELLER GmbH to his son Christopher Bauer and Dr. Henning Wagner as of 01.09.2021. There will also be a management change at REINHOLD KELLER General Contracting GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of REINHOLD KELLER GmbH. Dr. Henning Wagner will take over this position from Manfred Bauer.
From now on, Manfred Bauer will support the Kleinheubach-based company as advisor and chairman of the advisory board.
