Class of 2026

They did it! Twelve apprentices at REINHOLD KELLER in Kleinheubach have passed their final examinations: Jasmin, Luis, Antonia, Marena, Dominik, Jessica, Eliano, Celine, Katja, Felix, Ibrahim, and Dominik. From business administration to the joinery workshop, they have now officially completed their vocational training.

Several years of learning, taking responsibility, and making progress both big and small are behind them. Now that the exams are over, we would like to offer our heartfelt congratulations!

FROM THE OFFICE TO THE WORKBENCH

Whether at a desk, in front of a computer, in the warehouse, or at the workbench, vocational training at RK took many different forms. What initially felt unfamiliar became second nature over time.

Early questions turned into independent solutions, and new techniques became part of their daily routine. Today, the graduates apply their knowledge to interior fit-out projects every day and have become an integral part of working life at RK.

EIGHT JOURNEYMAN PROJECTS FROM OUR TRAINING WORKSHOP

For Antonia, Marena, Dominik, Jessica, Celine, Eliano, Katja, and Felix, creating their own journeyman project was an essential part of completing their joinery apprenticeship. Each of the eight pieces of furniture represents many hours of work. From the initial idea to the finishing touches, every step required patience and skilled craftsmanship.

Two of the journeyman projects even received awards in 2026. Felix earned second place in the guild competition with his walnut and cherry bookcase. Antonia received two awards for her “Opalite” lowboard: third place in the guild competition and third place in the “Die Gute Form” design competition.

THE NEXT SONG CHOOSES THE NAME

Our training workshop has a small tradition when it comes to naming the finished pieces. As soon as the cabinet body has been glued together, the next song played on the radio determines the name. Whatever song happens to be playing becomes the title of the journeyman project.

Now it is time to take a breath and give yourselves a well-deserved pat on the back. We could not be happier for you. Congratulations!
