FOR #TEAMRK AND GUESTS
As a significant step towards a more sustainable future, we installed electric charging stations in our visitor parking lot several years ago. These charging stations are available free of charge to our customers, suppliers, and employees. This important measure not only supports the expansion of electromobility but also reduces our ecological footprint.
Our five charging stations offer a power output of 11 to 22 kW and can be conveniently reserved by our #TEAMRK through the anny booking portal. This facilitates easy planning and ensures that the charging stations are available at the desired time.
The energy for our charging stations is 100% green electricity, primarily sourced from our 18,000 m² photovoltaic systems. In 2023, a total of 57,500 kWh of electricity was charged, equivalent to approximately 1.8 tons of CO₂. This amount of green electricity could also replace the heating value of about 5,800 liters of heating oil or the consumption of 13,000 liters of diesel.
By combining electromobility with renewable energy, we make a significant contribution to reducing our environmental impact and underscore our commitment to a sustainable future.
