Front Office at
REINHOLD KELLER

Three strong women
who keep everyday
operations running

The first impression does not happen by chance. It develops through many small moments. On the phone, at the front desk, in brief exchanges in between. This is exactly where many threads come together at REINHOLD KELLER. Carmen Jäger, Britta Jäger, and Natalie Saager are often the first points of contact for colleagues, customers, and guests. In doing so, they shape every day what arriving feels like.

Three personalities, one shared place

CARMEN

Carmen is often one of the first voices people hear. She has been part of the team for twelve years and, as team lead, brings a sense of calm that is noticeably reassuring in everyday work, even when things get busy. “I try to approach tasks in a thoughtful and calm way,” she says. For her, having an open ear is just as important as maintaining an overview.

After work, she finds her balance through movement. Working out at the gym, group fitness, or aerial yoga. And then there is her grandson Malo. Spending time with him is very important to her and something truly special. Reliability and attentiveness run like a common thread through everything she does.

BRITTA

Britta has been part of #TEAMRK for more than 21 years and is therefore a true constant. What sets her apart is her natural warmth. Her children say that she always makes sure the people around her are doing well, a sentence that has stayed with her over the years.
“That makes me very happy, because it describes exactly what matters to me,” she says.

This attitude shapes her everyday work just as much as her life outside the office. She most enjoys spending time with her family. Baking, sewing, carnival season, work, hustle, and home. For Britta, all of this belongs together. And it is exactly this mix that feels right to her.

NATALIE

Natalie, in turn, moves effortlessly between numbers and people. She has been part of our team for eleven years. She began her career at RK in the finance department and is now also active in the Front Office.
“That’s exactly what I like about my job,” she says. The variety, the constant switching, no two days are the same.

Outside of work, she remains active as well. She is involved with the Water Rescue Service, supports training programs, leads swimming courses for children, and assists with youth training. Taking on responsibility is not a contrast to her professional life, but part of the same mindset. And when she switches off, she prefers spending time at concerts or with friends. Time that is just as important to her as her commitment.

How everything came together

As different as their paths may have been, today they fit together seamlessly. Britta began her professional career at a bank and later brought her experience in customer service into the company. Over the years, she became familiar with a wide range of tasks across different departments and gained insights that still help her today. Since 2020, she has once again been working at the front desk during fixed hours.

Natalie joined the finance department after completing her training. Through covering for illness and vacation, her role at the front desk developed naturally as well.
“It just happened,” she says. Today, both areas are a natural part of her role, and she is there whenever support is needed.

Carmen brings a very different background. Her professional roots lie in nursing, with a strong focus on reliability, empathy for people, and a high level of responsibility. Twenty-five years ago, she consciously decided to change her career path and gained extensive experience in office management. After joining RK as an assistant to project management, she found her place in the Front Office two years later.

What keeps everyday work together

Many tasks, short communication paths, and close coordination shape the daily work of our Front Office team. “A lot comes together here,” Britta says. “The phone rings, guests arrive, and we welcome and take care of them.” These tasks are shared among them, complemented by their individual areas of focus.

Carmen is primarily responsible for all administrative tasks in the Front Office. In addition, she books business travel and is the contact person for project and address setup. Britta organizes the vehicle fleet and workwear. Natalie contributes her financial expertise and takes care of invoice reviews. Different tasks, one shared goal. “Organization, flexibility, and people skills come together here,” Carmen says. Natalie adds, “We know exactly who is responsible for what.” Britta nods. “And we can simply rely on each other.”

When many things happen at once

Of course, there are days when many things happen at the same time and the area around the front desk becomes particularly busy. In those moments, it is important to maintain an overview. “You learn that over time,” Carmen says. Each of them has her own working style. Natalie structures, Britta takes notes, Carmen prioritizes. “You often have to switch quickly between different tasks,” Britta says. “But you are never alone,” Natalie adds. This sense of unity makes many things easier and ensures that even hectic days end well.

Why it feels right here

What makes everyday work special becomes clear in how they interact with one another. “I really feel comfortable here,” Natalie says. For her, it is mainly the colleagues and the daily collaboration. Carmen also clearly feels that the company thinks and acts in a family-oriented way. As team lead, she says proudly, “What I value most about our team is the strong sense of unity. I can truly rely on Britta and Natalie at all times.”
For Britta, the work at the front desk itself is central. She values the variety and versatility of her tasks. “No day is like the other, and that’s exactly what I enjoy so much,” she says.

And then there are those special memories that arise almost incidentally. For Carmen, it was the trust shown by the Keller-Bauer family, who consciously saw her in the role at the Front Office. Natalie’s first video shoot with the marketing team was another such moment. Something completely new that turned out to be a lot of fun. And for Britta, it is two decades as part of #TEAMRK. A period in which many things have changed, while the sense of togetherness has remained.

In the end, the overall picture fits. The tasks, the sense of togetherness, and a working environment that still feels right, even after many years.
