Exchange with Ghana

Our apprentices Laurin and Eliano, who are training as carpenters, gained valuable interpersonal experiences through an exchange program in collaboration with the organization The Rising Lions e.V. and the German-Ghanaian Chamber of Commerce. The youth exchange in carpentry, organized by The Rising Lions, enables vocational students from Germany and Ghana to enhance their craft skills and foster intercultural understanding.

The Ghanaian students visited the Bavarian Lower Main region and our company, where they gained insights into our work and exchanged ideas with our professionals. The exchange extended beyond carpentry, facilitating new friendships and providing deep insights into different cultures. In addition to professional workshops, there were numerous cultural activities and leisure events that promoted understanding and collaboration.
