Change in Management

The REINHOLD KELLER Group, a globally leading expert in the field of interior design, embarks on a new chapter in its over 148-year company history. After a successful collaboration, Dr. Henning Wagner, the former managing director, is leaving the company. Verena Bauer-Klappenberger joins her brother Christopher Bauer as the new Managing Partner to lead the family business in the 6th generation. The management team is completed by Torsten Richter as Managing Director for Finance, IT and Quality Assurance.

Christopher Bauer, managing partner, pays tribute to the achievements of the departing managing director: “On behalf of our owning family, I would like to thank Dr. Henning Wagner for his exceptional dedication, valuable exchange, and his profound expertise, which he applied in numerous areas. His expertise, especially in the fields of finance, strategy, and process optimization, was of immense importance to the development of REINHOLD KELLER.”

This change also affects REINHOLD KELLER General Contracting GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of REINHOLD KELLER: Dr. Henning Wagner hands over the management to Christopher Bauer.
