Our Services

New Build with FF&E
In new construction projects, we handle the complete furnishing and interior fit-out as your FF&E partner. Our in-house joinery manufactures both standard and custom-made furniture – from prototypes to fully equipped sample rooms. A sample room provides assurance before series production begins. We plan, manufacture, deliver, and install on schedule, handing over ready-to-occupy spaces.

Refurbishment as General Contractor
In refurbishment projects, we act as general contractor upon request. In addition to FF&E, we coordinate all interior and building services engineering trades such as drywall, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing. We operate during ongoing business with dust protection, noise control, and short shutdown periods – guiding the project smoothly through to final handover.

Process and Implementation
At your request, we begin with design planning, translating brand guidelines into clear spatial and material concepts. During trade planning, we define interfaces, schedules and installation windows. We manage tendering and contract awards all the way to project start, while furniture production runs in parallel. On-site, our experienced teams handle installation, document every step and deliver ready for handover. Through Value Engineering, we align brand standards with cost efficiency – optimizing materials and construction methods without compromising the brand.

Our After-Sales service provides spare parts and replacements to ensure your properties remain reliably supplied during operation.
